· Steering Cable 14 Feet. · Steering Helm - Single Rotary gear, 3/4 tapered shaft. Designed and developed especially for marine use. Mainly applied in mechanical/manual steering for yachts, fishing boats and other waterborne vehicles.

Made in zinc alloy, corrosion resistant, ergonomically designed, easy to install, compact for mounting. Combined with steering cable, 316 stainless steel end fittings, can be any length within 30 Feet. The Steering Helm is a gearbox arrangement mounted on the dashboard of the boat. On the shaft of the helm is mounted the Steering Wheel. 30 Feet(9 meters) out board boat(up to 200hp).

Max load 300 pounds at tiller. Gear design:3 turns lock to lock. Max steering wheel dia 406mm (16). Material:Chromed plated Zinc Alloy. Bezel kit is a plastic part along with related hardware which is mounted between the steering wheel and dash board to cover the helm hardware. Bezel made from Engineering Plastic. Black color available as standard options. The Steering Cable is a push pull mechanical cable which convents the rotary motion of the helm to linear motion at the engine/rudder. One end of the cable is connected to the helm & the end to the rudder. The latest construction technology, the internal control line used elastic material. Output used 304 stainless steel seamless pipe and corrosion-resistant materials, control lines has longer life.

5-30 feet length control line can be used, and to increase per 1-foot increments. Output ends made of 316 Stainless Steel. Minimum bend radius:8 inch (200mm).
