Acorn CNC control system Turnkey with servos, drives prewired ready to run
Turn key Acorn CNC control. The Control will be pre wired and configured for you New or Retrofit machine. State of the Are Acorn by Centroid CNC Control. Servor motors and drives (3). Pre-wired CNC control panel set up for 3 Axis Mill 750W (other sizes available). Nema Control Cabinet with Pendent. Windows 10 Computer with software pre loaded and set up.
Color Touch screen interface installed in a machine tool style pendent ready to mount to your machine. Servos are pre-wired and ready to mount to your machine.
Spindle contactor provided and inverter drive can be added to the system. I have Router and mill spindles available. This system uses Servos not steppers. The Centroid Acorn is the best of the best in the latest DYI controls. The software and features that Centroid offers are second to none.
Cutter comp, Back lash and a user group that is robust and ready to help. The hard part is done for you with this turn key system.
Instructions and breakout terminals provided. All Mill systems are pre-wired for 4 Axis so a rotary can be added. If used on a Gantry an additional motor and drive will be needed. If used on a lathe a motor and drive will be removed. But the wiring harness will be set up for 4 Axis and the Centroid Control can be configured for Lathe, Mill, Router or Plasma.
This listing is for a Turn key 3 Axis MILL. Please message for other configurations. With my system you can have your new or retrofitted Mill running and making parts in hours. Remote set up and support available. Spend time making parts and not trying to wired controls.
