FastWarm 200W Electric Underfloor Heating Mat. FastWarm® 200w heating mat kits are industry leading heating systems that can be used as a primary heat source (when used in conjunction with FastWarm® XPS or Tile backer boards, the warm up time and running costs can be reduced as much as 25%) providing an effective solution to radiant heating under almost any floor covering and in any room type including high heat loss areas such as conservatories. FastWarm® heating mats comprise of the thinnest (2mm) fluoropolymer (Teflon) coated, dual-core resistive heating cable on the market. The cables are evenly spaced at 50mm intervals to provide an even heat distribution across the floor to suit the required heat output. The mat system also allows for use in small confined areas (bathrooms and en suites) plus larger areas, making fitting a FastWarm® underfloor heating cable suitable for any DIY enthusiast. Please note; all electrical connections should be undertaken by a qualified electrician. (Choice of Digital, Touchscreen and WiFi controllers in white or black) All supplied with a 3m floor sensor probe. (A water based acrylic primer, which is used to prime the substrate/insulation board to aid bonding and reduce moisture).

1 x Roller and Foam head. For applying the FastPrime Primer. To aid installation and fix any loose laid heating cable.

1 x 2m Conduit length. Used to house the floor sensor probe. Please note that electric underfloor heating elements cannot be shortened/cut so when calculating the correct size for an area please select a cable system that only covers up to 90% of the total floor space.
