UPDATE (ON 21/01/2021): I have decided to make 1 complete system with all the NEW modifications built into it, this system will be available at the end of March 2021. Some of the new features will include. Enhanced resistive feedback on the Throttle and Mixture levers.

Resistive feedback on the fuel selecter valve. New design standard radio panel (COM1, NAV 1, NAV 2 and TRANSPONDER DIALS).

More switches added to the top switch panels. Strong sprung return feature on the Magneto switch only on the Start cycle. Easy bolting together design for transportation and plug and play interlinking connections. I have designed a LED indication delay circuit for a realistic feel.

UPDATE (ON 24/01/2021): See photo (UPDATE 24/01/21) in photos. UPDATE (ON 30/01/2021): Materials are arriving and redesign work has started on the throttle quadrant to allow for better resistive feedback.

UPDATE (ON 08/02/2021): Throttle quadrant improvements have been designed and now starting design work on the radio panel. UPDATE (ON 14/02/2021): Radio panel designed and wiring diagrams for the whole system has been made. I have designed and made this system specifically for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 for a realistic feel for general aviation. I currently use the system seen in the photos above on a regular basis and it works great!! Although i wansn't planning on making more to sell, i would consider if anyone'serious' is interested.

Designed, 3D printed, built, soldered and tested by me (Engineer). A system similar to the one that i use (the exact one pictured in photos) for a fixed price and a lead time of around 2 months to build.

There is an extensive amount of time required to source components again, print, build and solder all components so be mindful of this! If you want it, and agree time and price, it will get built! This will be a made to order/spec (if you want different) system. Some of the features that i have in my system (as seen in pics).

Custom light aircraft printed handle with multi way switch for camera views (you might not be able to see small switch, very small). Note that i use the base of an existing joystick but put on the custom handle with camera 4 way switch.

I disable all the buttons and levers on the base as they are now all on the system i make. Throttle and mixture handle with friction material added.

Note mixture also has a detent gate pin too. Fully working trim wheel that has a reduction gear train inside which means you need to move the wheel a few times to reach the end stops just like the real aircraft, no buttons here!!

Fuel selector with three positions. And carb heat to the rear. Fully working flap handle with servo driven indicator.

This bit is really cool because i have made a very slow reaction time to the indicator so when you move the flap lever, the indicator follows slowly! Ahain this is achieved through dual reduction gear train drive. Bottom left panel for rotary switches so that you dont have to keep clicking the mouse on headings, compass drift, altimeter etc. Not finished until this part arrived from USA. Note that this is a complicated part of the setup to get this working.
