This is a Woodway Optilink control system consisting of the push button control head which can double as a microphone for a suitable PA system, the interface unit and the control module. This unit will control LEDS directly but needs relays for other types of lighting systems. If its going in a light bar generally there is a control board in there which has those relays built in. The unit is self protected for overload and will shut down. The unit comes with the plastic socket for your wiring but requires the pins to attach the actual wiring.
